Senior Manager - Digital Data Analytics & BI

As a Senior Manager in Digital Data Analytics & BI with 8-10 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to work on project management for end-to-end client onboarding on the reporting platform. You will lead and guide the team to ensure timely delivery of reports, provide end-user support, and manage change management for all campaigns across a set of clients. It will be essential to maintain the quality of reports by ensuring data accuracy, adhering to standard formats, naming conventions, and repository maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and ensuring overall governance, dynamic bandwidth allocation, and load balancing within the team. Developing and maintaining relationships with AS Media Ops team, internal stakeholders, and regional BI leads will be crucial for this role. You will need to focus on effectively utilizing tools and automation, as well as creating fast-track training programs for the team. Continuous improvement and implementing best practices will be key objectives to drive success in this position. Key skills required for this role include a Master's degree in STEM, Data Science, or Statistics, along with 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Advanced Analytics, Data Visualization, and Automation. You should be process-driven, an excellent collaborator with strong communication skills, and have a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape. Hands-on experience with tools like DV360, SA360, DCM, Meta, TTD, GA4, GCP (BigQuery, DataProc, GCS), AWS (Redshift, Athena, S3), SQL, Python, and data architecture best practices is essential. Being self-motivated, proactive in issue resolution, and challenging the status quo when necessary are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
