Senior Manager - Demand Generation

Role Overview: You will join Prompt Solutions as a Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager for Sales and Demand Generation, working full-time on-site to manage 9 districts in Chittoor, Sri Sathya Sai, Ananthapuramu, YSR Kadapa, Annamayya, Kurnool, Prakasam, Nellore, and Tirupati. Your primary focus will be on demand generation in the construction and building materials industries with 12-15 years of experience required. The role will be based in either Nellore or Tirupati with an attractive CTC offer of Rs. 14 - 15 LPA plus incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement demand generation strategies - Oversee marketing campaigns and drive the sales pipeline - Analyze market trends and manage projects effectively - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives - Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize efforts and align with company goals Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making - Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions - Marketing skills to plan and execute demand generation strategies - Sales skills to drive the sales pipeline and collaborate with sales teams - Project management skills to oversee and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives - Proven leadership abilities and team collaboration - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Experience in demand generation and lead management is a plus,
