Senior Manager, Content- Marketing Technology (Adobe Suite)

As a Senior Manager in the Content Marketing Technology group at Amgen, you will lead and oversee a team of product managers and developers focused on Adobe Suite capabilities. Your responsibilities include: - Defining and driving the product roadmap for Adobe-based initiatives - Ensuring innovation, scalability, and regulatory compliance - Co-leading the execution of the Adobe content platform strategy - Managing and mentoring a diverse team of professionals based in India - Fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture - Overseeing day-to-day operations, including sprint planning, resource management, and vendor coordination - Establishing robust workflows for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe tools - Partnering with global marketing, product, and digital technology teams to deliver integrated and impactful experiences - Communicating strategies, progress, and metrics to global stakeholders across different time zones Qualifications required for this role: - Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors degree - Significant Marketing and/or business experience aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization - At least 8 years of experience in web development, content management, or digital product leadership - Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role - Proven expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud tools - Experience managing distributed teams - Strong understanding of digital compliance, web accessibility, and regulated industry standards Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Technical understanding of web architectures, APIs, and performance optimization At Amgen, you can expect vast opportunities for professional growth, a diverse and inclusive community, and a generous Total Rewards Plan.
