Role Overview: Urban Company is a technology platform that provides various services at home, allowing customers to book services like beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, etc., all in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities: - Take end-to-end ownership of select service categories. - Address structural challenges at a central level to accelerate category growth. - Facilitate the onboarding of skilled service professionals in the category. - Establish service delivery standards and implement centralized processes for the category. - Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, technology, and product to execute various projects at category and central levels. - Coordinate with the marketing team to drive customer requests and enhance demand. Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of work experience. - Bachelor's degree is mandatory. - Demonstrated eagerness, commitment to excellence, and a consistent track record of strong performance. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, solve ambiguous problems, and focus on achieving desired outcomes. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Willingness to tackle real problems hands-on and engage in deep problem-solving at scale. - Excitement towards a fast-paced work environment and a passion for achieving impactful results.
