Senior Manager- Branding & Content Strategy

You are a dynamic Senior Manager of Branding & Content Strategy for a fast-growing B2B eCommerce marketplace that connects buyers with trusted sellers and brands. Your mission is to redefine how businesses discover, engage, and transact online. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the brand narrative across all channels. You will be responsible for defining and executing the brand positioning, voice, and visual identity for the marketplace. Your goal is to strengthen market presence, engage the business audience, and drive growth through developing content strategies for various platforms such as web, app, social media, email, and campaigns. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams is essential to ensure consistent storytelling across touchpoints. You will lead the creation of thought leadership pieces, product marketing content, and success stories of sellers/brands. Overseeing creative production, which includes copywriting, design, video, and multimedia assets, is also part of your responsibilities. Monitoring brand performance metrics and adapting strategies to maximize engagement and brand equity will be crucial. You should have at least 5 years of experience in branding, content strategy, or marketing, preferably in the eCommerce domain. Strong storytelling, creative direction, and copywriting skills are required, along with experience in managing multi-channel brand campaigns. A deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and industry trends is necessary, along with excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills. The role offers a hybrid work location with options in Delhi, Durgapur, or Kolkata. The compensation ranges from 6-12lpa, with flexibility for experienced candidates who are the right fit for this position.
