Senior Manager, Analog Design

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join the Mixed Signal Development Group at Microchip Technology, Inc. This group is responsible for delivering analog and mixed-signal IP for various divisions within the company. You will work with cutting-edge CMOS processes to design analog integrated circuits for wireline applications, contributing to Microchip's products" interface to the external world. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support Mixed-Signal IP throughout the entire process, from conception to post-tapeout phase, inclusive of lab testing, customer bring-up, and debugging - Communicate and collaborate with internal business units regarding IP support and technical matters - Take charge of analog design developments and work with 3rd party analog IP vendors for product integration - Design and architect CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits - Take ownership of circuit and system specifications Qualifications Required: - Master's Degree or PhD in Analog, Mixed-Signal, or RF IC design preferred - Possess 15+ years of industry experience in mixed-signal CMOS circuit design - Demonstrated experience in leading or managing an analog team - Knowledge and experience in high-speed SERDES/Clocking circuits is beneficial - Familiarity with layout issues and circuit simulators such as HSPICE, Spectre, etc. - Experience with Cadence Design Environment is advantageous - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to quickly adapt to new projects Additional Company Details: Microchip Technology Inc. prides itself on a culture that supports employee growth and stability.
