As a skilled Senior Mainframe Engineer with extensive experience in M204 Migration Projects, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to project tasks, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Your expertise in Mainframe and M204 technologies will enable you to provide expert-level guidance and support to team members, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements. Your role will also involve ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies, as well as mentoring and grooming junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and contribute to M204 Migration Projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. - Provide expert-level guidance and support to team members in the completion of their tasks. - Act as a subject matter expert for Mainframe and M204, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. - Mentor and groom junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in Mainframe Technologies, with a strong understanding of DB2, M204, and COBOL. - Hands-on experience in M204 Migration Projects and a deep understanding of the migration process. - Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Details: You will be working with a team that values Agile methodologies and has experience in Agile development environments. Familiarity with Agile practices will be beneficial for this role.
