Job Description

As a skilled Senior Mainframe Engineer with extensive experience in M204 Migration Projects, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks. Your role will involve leading and contributing to M204 Migration Projects, providing expert-level guidance and support to team members, and acting as a subject matter expert for Mainframe and M204 technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables, while ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise, as well as mentoring and grooming junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. To excel in this role, you must possess proven expertise in Mainframe Technologies, with a strong understanding of DB2, M204, and COBOL. Hands-on experience in M204 Migration Projects and a deep understanding of the migration process are essential. Your ability to effectively mentor and guide team members, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will be crucial for the success of the projects. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments. Technical skills required for this role include Mainframe Technologies (DB2, M204, COBOL), M204 Migration, and familiarity with Agile Development practices.
