Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer

Role Overview: As an ML Ops Engineer on the fast-moving ML Ops Engineering team at Autodesk, your primary responsibility will be to automate and simplify machine learning workflows and deployments. Your role will involve implementing and delivering ML capabilities to solve complex real-world problems and provide value to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement streamlined end-to-end, continuous, and automated processes for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining versioned ML models at scale - Design and implement services, tests, and interfaces to enhance Machine Learning capabilities on Autodesk's eCommerce & Customer platforms - Develop and implement data pipelines and automated workflows to operationalize data throughout the Machine Learning lifecycle - Participate in technical design and solutions discussions with technical leaders and staff members like Architects, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Engineers - Lead and mentor team members to drive innovative solutions and keep the team at the forefront of technology and ML practices - Deploy innovative solutions from non-production environments to production while focusing on scalability and observability Qualifications Required: - BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field (applicants from non-traditional ML backgrounds are also welcome) - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or related fields, with a strong understanding of machine learning workflows and best practices - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
