Job Description

Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Experience: 5 to 7 Years Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities

Develop AI/GenAI models and algorithms using Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, and LangChain.
Build and evaluate LLM-based solutions for NLP and develop agentic workflows involving multi-step tool usage.
Design and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelines covering data analysis, experimentation, model evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
Deploy and maintain AI/ML models on cloud platforms, preferably Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Manage AI governance and release processes, including environment management and publishing controls for Copilot Agents.
Collaborate with SRE and operations teams to establish monitoring, observability, and operational readiness for AI services.
Stay updated with advancements in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to improve existing solutions.

Requisites

Bachelor//'s, Master//'s, or PhD degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization, NLP, and LLMs.
Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain or similar tools.
Experience building, evaluating, and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and AI service deployment practices.
Understanding of AI governance, monitoring, operational readiness, and production support.
