As a Senior Leader in Telecom Solutions, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, inspecting network health, and ensuring uptime. Your role will involve leveraging remote visual assistance and AR tools to support customers or junior techs, reducing unnecessary dispatches. You will work closely with dispatch and network operations to plan and conduct single roll fixes, minimizing rerolls by ensuring the right parts and personnel are deployed. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate complex deployments or upgrades with engineering, PMO, and NOC teams. It will be crucial for you to escalate issues promptly and take the lead in guiding junior staff or contractors to ensure quality resolution.
