Senior Lead UI React developer

As a highly skilled Senior/Lead UI React Developer with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable user interfaces using React.js. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features and experiences. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable front-end architecture using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux/Context API. You will be converting UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and optimizing components for speed and performance across various browsers and devices. Integration with backend services using RESTful APIs, championing UI best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers will also be part of your job. To be successful in this role, you should have 5 years of strong experience in frontend development with React.js. A solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and DOM manipulation is essential. Expertise in React Hooks, Redux, and modern architecture patterns, familiarity with Git, Jira, Webpack, and responsive design principles are required. Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards, experience with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines are also important. Additionally, experience with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), or Static Site Generation, understanding of Micro-Frontend Architecture, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS are considered good to have. Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs will be a bonus.
