Senior Lead, SAP CX Analyst

You should have a Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 10 years of experience or a Master's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience. You should also have experience in two full cycle implementations and configuration of SAP CX modules, B2B integration experience between SAP and 3rd party applications, as well as SAP certification in SAP Service Cloud, FSM, and SAP S4. Minimum qualifications include a Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years, a Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 7 years, or a Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 10 years.
