Senior/ Lead Salesforce Tester Location: 100% Remote, India Shift Timings: IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 10 AM PST (which is 11.30 pm IST) Employment Type: Fulltime Start Date: Immediate Experience: 8-10+ years Notice Period: 2 Weeks - 1 Month Key Skills: Salesforce Testing, Manual and Automated testing tools, API testing tools. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. Conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for Salesforce applications. Ensure test coverage of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Custom Applications . Use Salesforce Test Automation tools (such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca) to automate test cases. Validate APIs, workflows, and data integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem. Work closely with the development team in Agile/Scrum environments. Ensure compliance with best practices and Salesforce security standards . Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce testing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities . Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG). Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus. Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI. Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tester ) are a plus.
