The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales performance management (SPM), incentive compensation, and Varicent implementation . Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Varicent Sales Compensation Tool based on client requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize compensation plans within Varicent. Perform data integration, modeling, and analytics to support compensation structures. Troubleshoot and resolve system and configuration issues . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and business alignment. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in implementing Varicent Sales Compensation Tool . Strong understanding of sales compensation plans and SPM solutions . Expertise in data modeling, reporting, and system configurations within Varicent. Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
