Senior Lead .NET Engineer

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior role where you will be responsible for implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead activities related to applications systems analysis and programming. In this role, you will work closely with various management teams to ensure the seamless integration of functions to achieve goals. You will also be involved in identifying and defining necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and enhancing processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving high-impact problems/projects through thorough evaluation of complex business and system processes. Your expertise in applications programming will be crucial in ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. You will use your advanced knowledge of system flow to develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards. Furthermore, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of how different areas of business integrate to accomplish organizational goals. As a Technology Lead Analyst, you will provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions, act as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts, and assess risks associated with business decisions. Qualifications for this role include 13+ years of experience in software design and development, with a focus on .NET technologies, as well as proven experience in developing multi-threaded applications. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
