Senior Lead Engineer - React

As a Senior Lead Engineer at Zetamicron Technologies, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web Components, and Accessibility to build scalable, high-performance, and inclusive frontend applications. Your role will involve not only developing and maintaining frontend components but also mentoring a team of developers to ensure the best coding practices and code quality. You will be tasked with designing and integrating Web Components to enhance UI scalability and maintainability, as well as ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG) across web applications for an inclusive user experience. Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams, you will play a key role in optimizing application performance, responsiveness, and usability. Your 78 years of professional experience in frontend development will be crucial in this role, along with your strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Your in-depth experience in building and integrating Web Components, proven expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG), and knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API will be valuable assets. Additionally, your hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent team leadership and communication skills will set you up for success. If you have experience with Storybook for UI component documentation, exposure to Micro Frontend Architecture, familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines for frontend deployment, or knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress, it will be considered a plus.
