Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technology and business solutions across diverse industry domains.
• Independently develop and implement data migration deliverables.
• Translate functional specifications into technical solutions using SAP BODS.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Perform data analysis, documentation, and reporting as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams on large-scale ERP or transformation projects.
• Customize and configure data solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support junior consultants on project execution and best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all assigned work products.
• Maintain adherence to organizational policies, compliance, and security standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and client interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6 to 15 years of experience in SAP BODS with a focus on data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle ERP implementations (SAP preferred).
• Experience in data profiling, quality analysis, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving data-related issues in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
