Senior Java Spring Boot Developer

As a Senior Java Spring Boot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Java Spring Boot. Your key responsibilities will include building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications. Collaboration with mobile app developers (iOS and Android) will be essential to ensure efficient and secure API integrations. It will be your duty to optimize backend performance, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. Participating in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration activities will also be part of your role. Experience in DevOps to deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and App store will be required. Writing well-documented, clean, and maintainable code adhering to best practices will be expected from you. Troubleshooting and resolving backend issues and providing production support as needed will also be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including frontend, mobile, QA, and product managers will be necessary. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5-8 years of professional experience in Java backend development. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data is essential. A strong understanding of microservices architecture and best practices is required. Experience with API design, development, and integration is a must. Good knowledge of mobile app integration requirements with iOS and Android platforms using Kotlin and ADK is preferred. Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) is expected. Familiarity with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker is necessary. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, a team-oriented attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
