Senior Java Spring Boot Developer

You are a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities include providing technical leadership, collaborating with architects to design scalable systems, writing high-quality code, mentoring junior developers, managing project timelines, performing code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting code and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated with industry trends, and recommending new tools and practices for development improvement. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, have proven experience in leading development teams, possess a strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs, be proficient in database design and SQL, have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment, be familiar with DevOps practices and tools, and hold relevant certifications in Java and Spring Boot.
