Role Overview: As a Software Developer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and services. Your primary focus will be on writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing, deployment, and monitoring of the applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and services. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices. - Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions. - Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ship features end-to-end. - Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain code quality across the team. - Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies. - Identify technical improvements, optimize code for performance, and reduce technical debt. - Explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team. - Ensure application security, stability, and reliability in production environments. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field. - 4-8 years of experience in software development with a strong record of technical ownership. - Proficiency in Java 8+. - Solid understanding of REST APIs (Spring Boot), microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching systems like Redis/Aerospike. - Solid understanding of different messaging systems like Solace & Kafka with experience in writing respective publishers & consumers. - Experience with Go Lang, Python, and frontend frameworks like React will be a plus. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). - Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. *Please note that the details about the company were not provided in the job description.
