Senior Java Software Engineer

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications and microservices. You will collaborate with front-end teams to integrate APIs and data-driven applications, and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, testers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues in a timely and effective manner will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to continuously improve the development process by researching and implementing the latest technology trends and tools, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Moreover, you will focus on performance tuning, refactoring, and optimization of existing systems. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development. Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate is required. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (SQL, NoSQL) is essential. A strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, version control tools (Git), and agile methodologies is expected.
