Senior Java Software Engineer

As a technical lead for the system/platform development, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the business requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications. In addition to this, you will have coaching responsibilities and may also supervise a team. Your role involves developing a deep understanding of the platform/application, providing strong technical supervision to the team, reviewing design decisions, and enforcing code quality checks and control. You will be responsible for establishing project schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and conducting technical reviews. It is essential to ensure that organizational standards are followed throughout the software development lifecycle, maintaining the expected quality of deliverables. Understanding the functional aspects of the application, technical and functional architecture, and guiding the team in their day-to-day tasks are also key aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience and a thorough knowledge of software design and development practices, programming techniques, systems, and language platforms. Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, and SQL is essential. Exposure to SAAS/PAAS technologies and experience in UI Frameworks like React/Angular JS will be advantageous. Overall, as a technical lead, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of both new and existing systems/platforms.
