Senior Java Product Support

As a Technical Product Support Engineer at Temenos, you will be a part of the Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team, providing technical support for Temenos Suite of products including Quantum & Infinity. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the working of specific product applications through training programs. - Providing technical support for Mobile Applications built using Kony Fabric and Kony Mobile application development platform. - Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other delivery teams to resolve customer issues and escalations. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4 to 6 years of experience in Mobile or Web development. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, J2EE, JSP, RDBMS, and Webservers. - Prior experience in Product/Application support. - Ability to deliver 24 X 7 support to global customer base. You will have the opportunity to: - Analyze tickets thoroughly and provide comprehensive documentation for identified bugs. - Educate clients on handling scenarios and meeting requirements. - Act as a technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades. - Develop/enhance tools to boost customer experience and reduce analysis time. - Perform onsite analysis at client places during milestone periods like Go Live, branches, and upgrades.
