Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

• 6-8 years of experience in development, implementation, and/or support of core banking applications.

• Proven experience in customizations, coding, and unit testing in support of core banking systems.

• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices technologies, Springboot, JavaScript, and XML.

• Experience with application server software deployment and troubleshooting, especially Oracle Weblogic.

• Familiarity with release management and source control tools.

• Strong client interaction and solution presentation skills.

• Understanding of banking terminologies and key industry concepts.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities in English.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.

Good-to-Have:

First-hand experience in the banking domain.

• Knowledge of software development processes, DevOps, and testing tools.

• Exposure to Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, and middleware (e.g., Oracle Fusion SOA Suite).

• Awareness of emerging technologies within the banking sector.

• Oracle Banking/FLEXCUBE technical certifications.

• Conform to defined Change Control Processes and meet all audit and compliance requirements of Oracle and its clients.

• Ensure high-quality code delivery and facilitate proper handover and knowledge transfer at the end of assignments.

• Provide timely status updates to supervisors and accurately submit required timesheets and expense reports.
