Job Summary

Senior Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
backend services
using
Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
.
Architect and implement
Microservices-based solutions
ensuring scalability and resilience.
Deploy and manage applications on
Azure Cloud
(App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB).
Build and integrate
RESTful APIs
and event-driven systems using
Kafka / RabbitMQ
.
Implement
CI/CD pipelines
using
Azure DevOps
or similar tools.
Monitor and optimize production systems using
App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
, etc.
Participate in
code reviews
, mentor junior developers, and follow
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.

Required Skills

7+ years
of Java backend development experience.
Strong expertise in
Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security
.
Hands-on experience in
Azure Cloud Services
:

App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB / SQL / Blob Storage
Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos)

Proficient in
Docker & Kubernetes
for containerized deployments.
Experience with
Kafka, RabbitMQ
, or
Azure Service Bus
.
Strong understanding of
SQL / NoSQL databases
(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
Familiar with
JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube
, and code quality tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Azure Certifications
(AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-305)
Knowledge of
Terraform, Helm
, or other IaC tools
Experience in
performance tuning
and
application security
