Senior IT Application Analyst

Role Overview: At Toll Group, we are seeking an experienced Senior IT Application Analyst to join our team in Pune. As a Senior IT Application Analyst, you will act as a liaison between business application users and the IT department, lead the technical analysis and design phase of projects, and prepare documentation to communicate and validate information. Your key responsibilities will include expertise in Warehouse & Operations Applications, E2E Technical Solution SME, and analysis, design, and build of JDA AWS instances. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between business application users and the IT department to address technical requirements and solutions - Lead the technical analysis and design phase of projects, including reviewing technical specifications - Prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate information - Specialize in Warehouse & Operations Applications, including the BY WMS system and version 2018, 20 - Provide overall E2E Technical Solution SME with expertise in Unix Application Server and Database - Analyze, design, and build all JDA AWS instances to meet customer requirements Qualifications Required: - 5-10+ years of recent experience in JDA (or Red Prairie) WMS/TMS Platform Systems Administration - Extensive experience in application implementation of Supply Chain & Logistics systems for large organizations - Proficiency in writing technical requirements, training documents, test cases, and project plans - Hands-on experience with JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, and Confluence - Deep technical knowledge of Systems, Servers, Network, and IT Infrastructure - Proven experience in developing Systems Architecture If you are excited about this opportunity, apply now or contact sheela.merwyn@tollgroup.com for more information.
