Senior IR Administrator - Transfer Agency - Hedge Funds

Role Overview: At Citco, you will be part of a pioneering organization that has been a market leader in the asset servicing sector since 1948. As a member of the Global Operations Support team in Fund Administration, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and approving trades, coaching trade processors, and ensuring the accurate entry of trade activity within established timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve trades booked by Trade processors - Coach and support trade processors as required - Enter all trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines - Maintain high accuracy standards for the entry of trade activity - Distribute correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements - Assist with other related duties as required - Maintain a solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades - Follow fund specific instructions/variables - Work various shifts as part of the Global Operations Support team Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
