With your exceptional skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp, and Autodesk 3ds Max, you will lead a team of designers in delivering exceptional projects for our clients. Key responsibilities: 1. Lead the design team in conceptualizing and creating interior designs that exceed client expectations. 2. Develop detailed design plans, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts. 3. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and provide design solutions that align with their needs. 4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. 5. Conduct site visits, review construction plans, and provide guidance to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design process. 7. Mentor and train junior designers to foster their professional growth and development within the company.
