Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design process from conceptualization to final execution
Meet and understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and design preferences
Present design concepts, material boards, mood boards to clients
Coordinate and guide junior designers and project execution teams
Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and site instructions
Manage vendor coordination, material selection, and site visits for quality checks
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and external agencies
Provide creative design solutions and troubleshoot site challenges
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and market innovations
