Job Description

Senior Interior Designer

Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the design strategy for the organization.
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with design philosophy in processes.
Oversee potential and ongoing projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and aesthetics in line with design philosophy.
Understand client style and needs, merging them with the design philosophy to create unique solutions for each project.
Create and present design solutions and ideas as per the established process.
Ensure clients have a pleasant and engaging home renovation experience, as this is a key USP.
Take responsibility for all aspects of the project, including material selection, quality checks, procurement, vendor coordination, and design execution.
Use AutoCAD software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects as needed.
Work closely with clients to define project scope and design direction.
Provide clients with guidance on emerging home dcor and design innovations.
