Senior Interior Designer - Corporate Interiors

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Corporate / Workspace Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to transform client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept to completion.
• Interpret and translate client needs, functional requirements, and brand identity into preliminary plans and design concepts.
• Develop conceptual sketches, layouts, and mood boards to showcase initial design ideas.
• Define project scope, detailed project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and other design elements in alignment with project specifications and budgets.
• Supervise on-site work, monitor execution progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in workspace design.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of proven experience designing functional and visually appealing interiors, preferably in corporate or commercial environments.
• Strong creative sensibility with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and spatial design.
• Ability to apply style and functionality to create inspiring workplace interiors.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of proportion, scale, and materiality.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design works.
