Key Responsibilities:
Lead product design from concept to execution
Mentor junior designers and manage project timelines
Collaborate with engineering & manufacturing teams
Pitch ideas and present concepts to clients
Drive innovation and new business opportunities
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in industrial/product design
Bachelors/Masters in Industrial or Product Design
Strong portfolio with real-world product designs
Skilled in SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe CC
Strong communication, leadership & client-facing skills
Bonus:

Knowledge of latest design & tech trends
