Senior Human Resource Executive

The Senior Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR functioning across hotel departments while maintaining company policies, employee satisfaction, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selections for various hotel positions.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Coordinate with departmental HODs to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, employee benefits, and attendance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labour laws, and company HR policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities, rewards and recognition programmes, and staff welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programmes with the Learning & Development team and departmental heads.
• Monitor employee performance, probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, manpower reports, attrition reports, and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct regular coordination with hotel units to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
