Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day recruitment operations.
Understanding project requirements and sourcing and scheduling suitable candidates.
Ensuring timely placement of candidates based on project requirements.
Leading and coordinating the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Handling recruitment for backend and engineering profiles across various projects.

Candidate Requirements:

Should be proficient in MS Excel and other relevant systems.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Malayalam and Hindi will be an added advantage.
Should have at least 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
