Job Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end lateral and bulk recruitment activities.
- Handle hiring requirements primarily for Finance & Accounts (F&A) profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, references, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining candidate quality
. - Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements - 2–3 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
- Experience in lateral and bulk hiring is preferred.
- Exposure to Finance & Accounts recruitment will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, sourcing, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
