Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to support recruitment for MedPlus stores in Chennai South. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring retail sales staff and blue-collar employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for MedPlus retail stores.
• Source and recruit sales staff and blue-collar employees, including delivery boys.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up until joining.
• Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with store teams and hiring managers to close vacancies on time.

Preferred Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring retail sales staff and blue-collar candidates is essential.
• Experience recruiting Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants will be an added advantage.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate follow-up skills.
