Your Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Consultant to boost our HR efforts. You'll be a key partner, helping us make our HR strong, compliant, and supportive as we grow. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

You'll advise and work on:

• HR Rules & Laws: Make sure our HR policies follow all laws and best practices.
• HR Operations: Improve how our HR team works, making processes smoother.
• Performance: Help us set up better ways to manage and improve employee performance.
• Training & Growth: Guide us on how to train and develop our staff.
• Team Culture: Help create a positive and engaging workplace for everyone.
