Senior Healthcare Architect

As a Senior Healthcare Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, planning, and execution of cutting-edge healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and development of healthcare and hospital facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. - Collaborating with clients, medical professionals, and stakeholders to identify requirements and create innovative, sustainable design solutions. - Creating comprehensive architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. - Ensuring that all healthcare projects meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards, optimizing layouts for efficiency and enhanced patient experience. - Staying updated with the latest healthcare design trends, regulations, and technology to enhance project outcomes. - Conducting site visits, quality inspections, and design reviews to maintain design intent and specifications. - Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. - Preparing design reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings and management reviews. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - 15+ years of professional experience with a focus on healthcare and hospital projects. - Proven ability to lead multiple design projects simultaneously with strong organizational and technical skills. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare design codes, standards, and operational workflows. - Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. - Excellent communication, coordination, and design presentation abilities. - Proactive leadership approach with the capacity to work independently and in collaboration with diverse teams.
