Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Hairdresser based in Chennai. The Senior Hairdresser will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling, cutting, and care services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, performing hair treatments, and executing a wide range of advanced styling techniques. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional, welcoming salon environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ Years of experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in Unisex Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, Barbering and modern hairstyling techniques
• Excellent Communication and articulative skills are mandatory
• Strong skills in Hair Care and knowledge of hair treatments to maintain and improve hair health
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a pleasant and satisfying experience for clients
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends, attention to detail, and a creative mindset
• Previous experience in a Salon environment or related role is highly desirable
• Experience in managing a team of stylists is desirable
• Background in Cosmetology, with a certification or relevant experience in the field
• Willing to travel for work
