Senior Guidewire Duckcreek Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior Developer at EY, you will be a key member of the Technology Consulting team, working on various EIS implementation projects for customers across the globe. Your role will involve serving as a senior developer on Duckcreek implementation projects, providing technical recommendations, mentorship to the project team, and supporting the Project Manager in ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a senior developer on Duckcreek implementation projects. - Participate in technical and architectural discussions, providing recommendations. - Update the Project Manager on deliverables regularly. - Mentor the project team in project execution. - Support the Project Manager in status reporting to leadership and onsite coordinators. - Identify and escalate blockers and risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place. - Interface with customer representatives as necessary. - Foster a quality culture within the team and promote teamwork. - Lead by example in implementing complex solutions independently. Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA degree holder. - 5 to 7 years of experience in the IT industry. - EIS Experience in V12 - Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core / DXP Capabilities. - Core technical skills required: Java 8 and above, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, Kafka, and Web Services (REST & SOAP). - Proficiency in Build/Deploy Tools like Maven, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitHub, Docker. - Strong understanding of Agile methodology. - Excellent business communication skills. - Experience in client-facing roles.
