Senior Graphic & Video Designer

As a Sr. Graphic & Video Designer with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact visual stories for B2B & enterprise clients, including motion graphics, podcasts, corporate videos, storyboards, and AI-assisted workflows. Your role will involve developing creative concepts and storyboards, designing visuals, motion graphics, animations, video edits, pitching visual concepts to clients, and utilizing AI-tools to accelerate ideation and production. You will work under pressure to deliver exceptional quality in fast-paced enterprise B2B settings. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts and storyboards for videos, social + digital, brand campaigns. - Design visuals, motion graphics, animations, video edits (podcasts, leadership interviews, client stories). - Pitch visual concepts and storyboards to clients and internal stakeholders. - Utilize AI-tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production. - Work under pressure and deliver exceptional quality in fast-paced enterprise B2B settings. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in graphics, video, and motion design, preferably for B2B/enterprise clients. - Strong skills in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere), motion graphics, and video editing. - Experience in storyboarding and visual concepting from brief to delivery. - Familiarity with AI-assisted design and video workflows. - Excellent presentation and client-facing skills. - High creativity, ownership, and ability to work full-time in the office in Noida.
