Senior Graphic Designer

This role is ideal for a visionary designer who thrives on blending creativity with strategy, shaping high-impact visuals across digital, print, and experiential platforms. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for brand consistency, and the ability to turn concepts into captivating realities, this position offers the perfect canvas to showcase your expertise and drive meaningful growth in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop brand-aligned creatives for social media, websites, campaigns, menus, packaging, and marketing collaterals, ensuring a consistent design language.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals for campaigns, events, activations, pop-ups, digital ads (Google, Meta), and influencer initiatives.
• Create print-ready designs for brochures, menus, posters, and signage, while coordinating with vendors to ensure top-quality output.
• Support video and multimedia projects by working with videographers and content teams to produce graphics, layouts, animations, and motion elements as needed.
• Provide leadership by mentoring junior designers (if applicable), offering design direction, maintaining a brand style guide, and collaborating with key stakeholders like the Head of Marketing, Social Media Executive, Brand Marketing Executive, and Content Writer.
• Stay ahead of design, digital, and lifestyle trends to keep brand visuals fresh, modern, and innovative.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably for F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva.
• Exposure to motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, typography, and color aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
