Job Title:

Role Overview:

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visuals as per creative briefs.
Design engaging layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Test and adapt graphics across various platforms including print and digital media.
Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and creative processes.
Develop concepts (hand-drawn or digital) and determine the ideal use of color, typography, layout, and imagery.
Ensure all print media designs are visually cohesive and technically sound.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adhere to deadlines.

Software Proficiency:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe XD

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional design experience.
Prior or current experience in the
cosmetics or personal care industry is mandatory
.
