As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company, you will use your creativity and attention to detail to design high-quality print collaterals and contribute innovative design ideas for client campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing various print media collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, POSM, standees, invitations, etc. - Collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design projects. - Ensuring brand guidelines are followed consistently across all print materials. - Preparing accurate, print-ready files and coordinating with vendors for production. - Mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on design best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 5 years of professional experience in print media graphic design. - Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. - Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and print production processes. - Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. - A portfolio showcasing relevant print media design work. Your core competencies should include: - Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines. - Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills. - A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your performance will be measured based on: - Timely delivery of print designs that meet client and brand expectations. - Quality and accuracy of print-ready files. - Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our location.
