Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Mystic Media House, you will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing materials, digital ads, websites, and social media. You will collaborate with content, animation, and video teams to ensure cohesive visual outputs and work on various design projects such as brochures, banners, presentations, UI assets, and motion graphics elements. Your role will also involve maintaining consistency in brand aesthetics, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and incorporating feedback constructively. It is essential to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing materials, digital ads, websites, and social media. - Collaborate with content, animation, and video teams to produce cohesive visual outputs. - Work on a variety of design projects including brochures, banners, presentations, UI assets, and motion graphics elements. - Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all designs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. - Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions promptly. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus) - Strong visual design skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles - Experience in branding and marketing communications - Excellent time management and multitasking skills - Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams In addition to the above, a bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in an agency or media house would be advantageous, and knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is considered an added advantage.
