Role Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  as a Graphic Designer, ideally at a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, ad creatives, branding assets, and web/landing page design
• Ability to translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into clean, high-impact visuals
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, with a high focus on ad designs and social media posts.
• Ability to take a rough brief and turn it into multiple strong creative directions
• Familiarity with performance-focused design (CTR-optimized layouts, thumb-stopping ad visuals, strong hierarchy, etc.)
• Strong command of typography, colour theory, layout design, and composition
• Experience maintaining brand consistency and working with brand guidelines
• Ability to collaborate with content writers, paid media specialists, and strategists
