Senior Graphic Designer

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Graphic Designer. As a creative and detail-oriented individual, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Working closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams, you will develop compelling visuals that align with our brand's vision and strategy. Your main responsibilities will include designing and producing various digital and print assets such as social media graphics, website banners, brochures, email templates, posters, and advertisements. It is crucial to ensure that all visuals are consistent with the brand identity, using appropriate typography, color schemes, and imagery. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with different teams to brainstorm and develop engaging design solutions. Participating in creative discussions and feedback sessions will help refine visual outputs based on team input. Maintaining design consistency across all visual elements is essential to uphold the highest standard of visual quality. You will update and adapt existing creative assets for various platforms and campaigns while managing multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring efficient management of priorities and deadlines. Staying updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices is crucial to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of designs. Incorporating innovative techniques and new design ideas can elevate brand perception and visual storytelling. Additionally, creating custom illustrations and icons that align with brand guidelines for various digital platforms and publications will be part of your responsibilities. Enhancing visual storytelling through infographics, process diagrams, and other graphic elements is also important. If applicable, you may support the video production team by creating motion graphics, animations, and lower thirds. Proper file management, version control, and archiving of all design assets are necessary. Providing print-ready files and liaising with print vendors to ensure quality output is also part of your role. Constructively accepting and integrating feedback to continuously improve designs, iterating based on performance metrics or stakeholder feedback, and showcasing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other industry-standard design tools are key aspects of this position. This is a full-time position located in Sector - 67, NOIDA, with a Monday to Saturday work schedule at the office during day shifts.
