Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer 1 to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 13 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise. Roles and Responsibility Conceptualize, revise, and update various design materials for internal and external audiences across digital, print, and environmental mediums. Develop compelling creative assets to support project or campaign objectives, including storyboards, collateral creation, photo retouching, complex illustrations, infographics, social graphics, data visualization, and environmental graphics. Pitch concepts to varying audiences at different levels of the organization and oversee strategic creative executions, including leading design and development. Stay current on technology and design trends and apply learnings to creative executions. Mentor and help develop junior designers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Proficient in working with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for global, virtual environments. Experience advising clients and stakeholders on brand strategies and best practices is preferred. Ability to receive design feedback and balance it with personal voice and point of view and expertise on style and aesthetic. At least 8 years of professional experience as a graphic designer; senior level or equivalence required. Experience designing for digital consumption, including social media graphics and web content. A portfolio demonstrating skill and experience across an array of mediums is essential. Possesses a drive for creative excellence, consistently delivering high-quality solutions and passionate points of view on design and best practices.
