As a Senior GCP DevOps Lead (Spring Boot), your role involves solving complex problems and ensuring timely resolution while adhering to SLA agreements. You will be responsible for implementing system change requests, managing application releases effectively, and diagnosing, analyzing, and fixing bugs in the system promptly. Conducting root cause analysis and impact assessments for issues encountered during project deployment and support cycles is a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with development and support teams to ensure smooth application deployment and support is essential. Additionally, you will perform thorough testing of applications and change releases to maintain quality standards. It is important to document daily tasks, processes, and resolutions to build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for support activities. Key Responsibilities: - Solve complex problems and ensure timely resolution adhering to SLA agreements - Implement system change requests and manage application releases effectively - Diagnose, analyze, and fix bugs in the system promptly - Conduct root cause analysis and impact assessments for issues encountered during project deployment and support cycles - Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure smooth application deployment and support - Perform thorough testing of applications and change releases to maintain quality standards - Document daily tasks, processes, and resolutions to build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for support activities Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Java and Spring / Spring Boot frameworks - Hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically with Kubernetes and Managed Instance Groups (MIG) - Experience with BigQuery, Jenkins, G3, and CloudSQL - Working knowledge of MSSQL Server databases - Experience developing and managing Kubernetes Operators using Java Spring - Experience with MongoDB is an added advantage Please note that the job type for this position is full-time. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday. The preferred candidate should be able to start immediately and have at least 7 years of experience in Spring Boot and 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform. The work location is in person.
